COURSE OVERVIEW 

This course is designed for anyone who deals with the general public and will enable them to recall and identify any potential triggers that may result in the escalation of conflict. This will significantly impact personal well-being and mental health, both physically and mentally, within the roadside and recovery industry.

On completion, the delegate will be able to:

 

Explain and identify what to check for on a driving licence and when to carry legally required documentation

Explain and discuss the link between the OCRS, O-Lic and the driver

Explain and discuss the necessity to identify conflict and the triggers

Explain and discuss an overview of customer service and focus on key areas of the Equality Act identified by companies.

Explain and discuss the impact of mental health on the System of Vehicle Control, identifying key areas

Evaluate the greater impact on your ability to process information when driving.
